AzeriFoxWebTech provides web and mobile application development services to clients across CIS countries (excluding Russia). Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom web development
  • Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
  • UI/UX design services
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property Rights

For client projects, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

5. Payment Terms

  • We typically require a deposit before commencing work
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in project agreements

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on:

  • Scope changes requested by the client
  • Delays in client feedback or approval
  • Technical challenges or unforeseen circumstances
  • Force majeure events

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However:

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
  • Client is responsible for maintaining backups of their data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzeriFoxWebTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose proprietary information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be specified in individual project agreements.

11. Support and Maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance services are available under separate agreements. Support terms, response times, and fees will be specified in support agreements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
